Main Principle
Soap noodles, fragrance, antioxidant and other aditive are mixed in the mixer then grinding and moulding, makes them to be different toilet soap and laundry soap.

It' s used to mix the soap noodle and additives sufficiently and equally. Adopt famous brand speed reducer in China. Main parts of the machine are made by stainless steel 304.

3, double-layer single-screw vacuum plodder
Vacuum plodder is used to grind, refine and press the material, change the molecule space and make it into bar. Soaps will not be easy to fragment by vacuumzing.
Main parts are made of stainless steel 304.
