Main Principle
Edible/ cooking oil filling machine is composed of filling parts and transmission parts, transmission parts drive the metering pump of filling part in order to achieve the effect of filling.Metering pump can be choose diversification, to be decided according to their different needs, glass pump is suitable for filling small amounts of water, such as oral liquid, water, syrup, etc., stainless steel pump is suitable for high density liquid, such as honey etc.

Main features
A. It adopts chain direct-connect technology, leaving out the bottle feeding screw and conveyor chain, to make it easy to change different types of bottles.
B. It adopts stuck bottleneck technique for transporting bottles. It is not necessary to change the height of the device for change the bottles, only need to replace the arc guide plate, which associated to the bottle diameter.
C. Filling
During the process of running, bottles jack up filling valve, then it fills through enclosed filling way. Frequency converter controls the speed of filling. This machine adopts high speed filling valve, high precision, low error.
D. Capping
Finished filling, the bottle through the star wheel is transported into the screw cap machine, screw cap stop-rotating knife stuck on bottleneck, working together with bottleneck guard to keep the bottle upright and prevent rotation. Screw LIDS makes a revolution and a rotation drove by screw cap machine, implementing grasping caps , covering and screwing caps.
Capping device adopts magnetic constant torque, in order to make sure the lid position correctly in the screw cap mould. When the screw cap is finished, screw LIDS to overcome the magnetic sliding, will not damage the cap.
E. lid apparatus
lid apparatus installed on the top of the screw cap parts, the lid goes down along the net, screw cap with the method of scraping the cover, casing position will be accurately. The lid is blowed to the lid apparatus, and it will be convenient to add more lids to the machine.]
